Arizona Natural Medicine ^®is a family oriented primary care setting providing integrative health care for the body and mind.

Our office provides a variety of health care options for adults and children, including health concerns specific to women such as treatment for peri-menopause and menopausal women, anxiety and depression, annual well-women exams, in addition to, treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, such as, allergies, fatigue, fibromyalgia, digestive complaints, and the common cold.

Physical examination, in-depth health histories, laboratory and other forms of diagnostic testing are important components of understanding your individual health care needs.

The Naturopathic medical doctors at Arizona Natural Medicine provide an integrative approach to all types of health care needs, using the tools and diagnostics of modern medicine with the philosophy and practices of ancient therapies to provide integrative and comprehensive health care for all stages of life.

Unlike many medical offices, the physicians at Arizona Natural Medicine take the time to listen to all of your health care concerns and address the whole person (the body, mind, and spirit). Initial visits are 75 minutes, where doctor and patient can explore all your health care concerns and have the time to develop open lines of communication and a good doctor-patient working relationship. Return visit usually last 30 – 60 minutes depending on your individualized treatment plan.

The goal of our services is to facilitate resolution of current health care concerns, prevent the development of illness and disease and optimize your health, enriching the quality of your life.

Dr. Gabriela Regino is an outstanding doctor. I went to Dr. Regino because I was frustrated with my general doctor who could not resolve my issues with hypothyroidism and hormone imbalance postpartum. Dr. Regino did a thorough examination and explained everything to me. She provided a treatment plan that made sense and I was comfortable with it. After just 3 weeks, I started to feel better. A few months later and I am so so happy with the care I received from Dr. Regino. She is very knowledgeable about all things hormones and general well being. I am SO grateful for her guidance and treatments. I highly recommend going to her if you have any thyroid problems, questions about daily routines and postpartum care. She is the best!!

Dr. Lane has literally saved my life. She helped cure me of a serious bacterial overgrowth in my gut and helped me make an incredible recovery after a stroke. Her dedication to her patients is incredible. I am grateful that I found her. I have been seeing her for about 7 years now. I have also seen several other doctors in her office when she is unavailable. What a wonderfully dedicated, caring group of doctors and staff.

Dr. Gabriela Regino is amazing. She found 3 things wrong with me (so far) that other doctors did not even think to check for. She is hands down the most thorough doctor I have ever been to and I have been to a lot of doctors. I also recommended two of my friends to her and they had the same incredible experience. There are some people that are a tremendous light in this world helping humanity and Dr Regino is one of them. I am so grateful for her.
